About Me
Hello there. I’m Ahmay. I’m a Tarot reader, spiritual energy worker, meditation creator, wife, mama bear, and Nana. My fascination with the Tarot began with the first readings that I received as a teenager, given to me by my grandmother. They inspired a lifelong love of the Tarot. Diving in, even deeper down the rabbit hole, I leaned into meditation, breath work, energy healings and spiritual clearings. I have had the privilege to learn to use these amazing tools from some passionate and gifted teachers. They have benefitted me immeasurably, and Mama Bear’s Cottage was created out of a desire to share them.
